The CoLiDo 3D printing experience was in the spotlight at this year’s hugely successful ‘Get Up To Speed With Stem’ – a careers event for young people held at the Magna Science Adventure Centre in Rotherham.

The event, now in its eighth year, aims to ‘introduce, inspire, inform and interact’ with young people, to highlight the range of career opportunities in science, technology, engineering and manufacturing.

CoLiDo’s Compact 3D printer and latest 3D pens were the star attractions on the STEAM Works stand where pupils and teachers heard all about the MakerEd project – which features CoLiDo printers to help primary schools engage with new and emerging technologies, such as 3D printing and help children prepare for the Digital Age.
